SSBA Group Benefits Plan: You need to work at least 15 hours a week in order to be eligible for the benefits. If you are anĀ  employee that works at least 15 hours a week you then will have a waiting period of 6 months (not including the months of July & August) before you are enrolled into the benefit plan. So for example, if an employee starts on April 15th, they would be eligible for benefits on January 1, of the next year.
